Not Just Clean...Completely Clean

Harmful Contaminants such as dirt, dust, pet dander, and numerous other allergens collect in your home's air duct over time, compromising air quality and encouraging illnesses, allergies, and possibly fires. Master Clean is dedicated to providing services to help better the way of life for you and your family, and the best way to promote a healthy environment is to maintain clean air quality. Depending on the age of your home, your air duct or filtration system may have been cleaned in the past few years,or in some cases, Never! Many people do not think to have their air systems cleaned regularly unless they notice an accumulation of dirt or dust on their floor vents (registers) or wall vents. Even if the air filter is replaced every month, the actual air duct system will still collect a build up that could potentially cause potentially hazardous air quality. With the abnormally dry climate, wind, shale roads, and coal mines in the Gillette and Sheridan area, it is inevitable pollutants will make their way into our homes and offices. The amount of regular maintenance required to prevent pollutants from entering your facilities without professional assistance is impracticable with all that goes on in our lives, we are simply to busy, however, your regular maintenance can still make an impact. Our Master Clean technicians are trained to integrate their knowledge and skills into bringing out the brilliance in your home whether its visual or microscopic. Upon invitation into your home, we will collect some basic information from you to better understand your needs. We will then quote you a price over the phone or offer an onsite 100% Free estimate (recommended) with no-obligation necessary. You can also inquire a free estimate or quote by Clicking Here. The Master Clean Difference.

Historically, calling one of the many duct cleaners was the answer, and in less than two hours, the ducts were swept clean. The duct-work, however, is only the most apparent portion of the system. There is also the coils, condensate pump, drain pan, drain line, and blower motor assembly, all in which are commonly over looked by other Gillette and Sheridan Air-duct Cleaners. Unlike the other guys, Master Clean will focus on the entire system.Following all standards set by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) our technicians will first open the coil cabinet, and begin cleaning the coils and drain pan. The Blower compartment will be opened (if accessible) and cleaned out; including the "Squirrel cage" that actually moves the air. Each vent cover or register will then be removed and cleaned before being replaced, and the vent openings will be vacuumed out. We will also install a customer supplied filter with a recommended MERV 10-12 airflow rating that notify's you when the filter needs to be changed. All done before the final duct-work be swept by our powerful high-efficiency ducting vacuums.

Importance of Clean Air.

At Master Clean our objective is not to frighten you or overwhelm you with information, but to provide you with truthful resources that may help you determine whether or not your in need of professional assistance. Indoor air quality is a concern to many home owners and renters, as it should be. As air circulates through the Air Ducts it pulls air through, heats or cools the air and pushes it out through the fresh air vents. As this process is repeated, the dust and pollutants in your home are circulated. Some of the dust is trapped in the filter, but as the rest passes through, it settles inside the ducts. Over time as with any surface, dust particles will attract other dust particles due to static and settle while other particles will get re-blown around the home. If one sweeps their home and can see dust, they will also observe dust in their vents. Clean Air Ducts will help keep a home clean and safe in every aspect. Some research also suggests that clean ducts will help improve the efficiency of your HVAC system.

Air Duct Maintenance Considerations.

Frequency of cleaning air ducts is dependent on various factors. It mainly depends on your individual heath concerns. People with severe allergies, infants, young children, or individuals with weakened immune systems should consider a maintenance program suited to their needs. Commercial cleanings need to also be periodic with a maintenance program due to public health and safety concerns. Some of the things you may want to consider are: (but not limited to)
